Day 21! We made it!
Today we round off this final week of RECOVER …
You have a right to recover what the enemy has stolen from you because it’s rightfully yours (Day 15)
“Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life.” (Day 16)
Don’t stay stuck on the hope-less page. God’s hope has your name on it. (Day 17)
Dare to dream again! ‘I have heard the prayer you no longer pray‘. (Day 18)
When we pursue His presence it opens up the way to the presence of His peace in our lives. (Day 19)
May we never lose the wonder of WHOSE we are. (Day 20)
Thank you for joining me over the past 21 days as we journeyed together to PURSUE, OVERTAKE and RECOVER all.
Let’s look again at the words that started it:
“When David and his men reached Ziklag, they found it destroyed by fire and their wives and sons and daughters taken captive.”
“David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him; each one was bitter in spirit because of his sons and daughters. But David found strength in the Lord his God.”
“and David inquired of the Lord, “Shall I pursue this raiding party? Will I overtake them?” “Pursue them,” he answered. “You will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue.”
“David recovered everything the Amalekites had taken, including his two wives.”
and furthermore “the plunder of the Lord’s enemies.”
1 Samuel 30:3, 6, 8, 18, 26 NIV
David “recovered everything” that had been stolen from him AND he also took “the plunder of the Lord’s enemies” – what the enemy had stolen from others.
HE PLUNDERED THE PLUNDERER.
You can do the same!!
Every time you share the story of your journey, you invite others to join the journey too and steal back what has been stolen from them!!
PURSUE. OVERTAKE. RECOVER ALL. Now PLUNDER!!
Share your story.
It’s just the beginning!
